  They processed my billing wrong the first month I was with them and cancelled my car insurance, then made no effort to contact me. I came back from holiday travel to a form letter informing me that they had cancelled my insurance almost a month ago, and I hadn’t known. It was honestly terrifying. Now that I’ve switched my insurance they’re charging me more than double my usual rate for a last month of renters insurance that i didn’t have. And they don’t even bother to keep their voice mailbox open. Their frequently rotating staff of young women are all very sweet and they try to be helpful but if you want low-cost, low-hassle insurance I would not recommend this office; god only knows what would have happened if I had ever had to file a claim.
