  Quite honestly this location of Merchant tire deserves negative stars!
  I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment than I was treated here.
  After scheduling an appointment to have the air checked in my tires before heading out of town for the weekend, and arriving in time for the appointment, I was told there would be a 2-2.5 hour wait.
  This was only told to me, after I had already waited in the lobby and had been ignored by an employee that walked past me, then I went to call for help and was looked at by the second employee, who then ignored me and when the third employee finally came to the lobby and I was greeted with "what?"
  Not what can I help you with or any other appropriate greeting.
  
  I could go on, too much to type...
  Bottom line.....
  Avoid this Merchants location at alll cost. Terrible, rude and hateful employees!
