  This orthodontics office is amazing! The office is clean, calm and extremely comfortable. The front desk staff is like no other office. They are incredibly friendly and nice. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy going to Advance! Top Orthodontics because I really love the staff!!! It is so easy to make an appointment. They are super accommodating! Care plans are created and a billing schedule is also provided. It makes the entire process easy. I have four kids. My oldest three have all be seen by Dr Fleming. They love coming to the office! Who loves going to the orthodontist- they do! There are always games and competitions for the kids. You can win a back to school kit or tickets to kings dominion. It really is amazing. As for Dr Fleming and his assistants, they are the best! Elena is awesome with the kids. She eases their anxiety with her kind words and sweet demeanor. She is wonderful at her job. She provides a lot of education to the patient and parents! Dr Fleming is a spectacular Orthodontist. He is a very nice, calm man. He is a perfectionist. We have been so pleased with our children's care. Our three sons have all had appliances and braces on their teeth. He is so skilled in his field. My oldest son had an extreme underbite along with some other issues which he fixed at a young age. Now, as a 13 year old boy, he only needs braces for a year to straighten the teeth! So as you can see, this is the best orthodontics office in the area!!!! Give them a try and see for yourself!!!!
